最近は穴子がよく店に並んでます！

煮ても美味しいけど、私は天ぷらが好き😋

よくお客様に骨は切った方がいいですか？と聞かれますが、ハモみたいに骨が多くなく骨切りしなくても食べやすいですよ！

めちゃくちゃおっきい穴子も入る時があります、ぜひ食べてみて下さい🍴
